You would think you would go to the "Audio Settings" tab but no, not for this. * If you do not have sound, you will have to go to "System Settings" once the image boots, go down to "Audio" and pick the device you have your speakers plugged into.
* You will have to configure your controller (nbd) If/When you disconnect the drive, you may need to repeat this as I did. * Go into your PC's BIOS, disable Secure Boot & make the USB drive Boot Option #1. However, this isn't just P&P as you need to do a few things: But it works, so I can't really biatch about that. It uses that weird "flat eight" looking plug that Samsung used for it's early Galaxy S-series phones. First thing I tried to do was look to see that speed the drive spins at but I couldn't easily get the case off, so I just left well enough alone.

I'm tempted to start a new game with these mods just to see how much it changes how I play through everything again, being more cautious and using my PIP boy light way more than I normally do.

Reminds me of the "Enhanced Night Sky" mod for NV that gave it much more realistic darkness at night, except combined with the lighting and filters, this looks like it brings way more atmosphere and mood to the game. It takes the vibe of the game(s) and punches it. As I am currently playing around in the Capital WAsteland again (though a long way into the game, maxed out my levels weeks ago) this is something I think I'm going to have to try.Ĭombine that with the streetlight mod and FO3/NV become incredible works of art. It's like coming home all over again.ĭamn. Znuh: Psychopusher: Znuh: Midhrastic ENB modded Fallout 3 and NV. I do have some newer games I've grabbed to play, but haven't been in the mood to get into anything new right now.

Currently most of the way through Fallout 3 for something like the 6th time, partly because I heard about the Capital Wasteland Project to bring FO3 to the FO4 engine, which sounds like an awesome mod, as well as Project Mojave, which adds a post-FO:NV quest set in the Mojave to FO4, which also looks awesome (an alpha version of that one is already out and playable to a large degree) and recreates the landscape of the Mojave very faithfully (what's accessible anyway, which is mainly a few areas in the south of the map plus the strip). Over on the 2600, CBS' Tunnel Runner was probably one of the most technically impressive games.Īs for what I'm playing now, I've just been dinking around in older games I've had a hankering to play. Loved Turbo on the 2600 I had the driving controller, so playing with a steering wheel, gas pedal, and the joystick for the gear shift was awesome, and I could play that game forever. I had the Atari 2600 and Colecovision when I was a kid.
